Roast Belly Pork, Potato Gratin
Yep my dad again. I was planning to get pork belly to make jerk pork today, but he beat me to the shops and made slow roast pork (with crackling), some kind of sticky wine, onion and mushroom gravy, gratin and veg. Yummy.
