I bought a chicken and some Jamaican yam, specifically to make Caribbean style chicken soup for my recovering-from-food-poisoning BF chicken soup. Another of his faves, very nutritious and comforting. But he didn't want chicken soup tonight. So I griddled the breasts and we had them with salad, avocado (with lime and salt), coleslaw and smoked paprika-coated potato wedges. No booze for me.
