Cold Roast Chicken

Cold roast chicken with a chopped salad of: chickpeas, parsley, mint, cherry toms, toasted crushed almonds, spring onions, garlic, lemon juice, e.v.o.o, salt and pepper. Also for brunch had notably delish sandwich of chicken, creamy avocado, mayo, garlic & chilli sauce, lemon juice and salt & pepper.
