Caribbean Oxtail with Rice & Peas and Plantain
From the barber shop rasta. Caribbean style oxtail stew is better than any other. European styles can be unctuous and wonderful, but Caribbean is richer and tastier somehow, and the spice makes it addictive. My mouth is now watering from just thinking about it.
