Oxtail Casserole, Jerusalem Artichokes, Cauliflower Cheese

A triumph for my dad again this eve. His ox tail stew was everything it should be. Mmm the texture of that sauce! He served it with shop-bought cauliflower cheese, roasted jerusalem artichokes and courgettes.

Then a cheese course.

Corned beef and tomato sarnies for lunch - retro.
